One of the biggest things I had in mind when I was designing Lucas’s nursery was his nursery furniture set. I was so not in love with Adam’s crib, but of course, it was in perfect condition so I couldn’t justify buying a new one just because so I had to make do with the eh-ok crib. It was a pretty crib, just not what I really wanted but ended up settling for because the price was right and Adam needed a crib. Buying a crib is a huge decision, one that should be researched and thought out.
After a ton of research, reading reviews, and price comparison, I finally came across the perfect baby shower gift. The DaVinci Kalani 4-in-1 Convertible Sleigh crib. This crib? Swoon worthy. I love the sleigh style cribs and there are so many to choose from, but after reading reviews from other parents, the DaVinci Kalani was the way to go.
Hayneedle recently sent us the Kalani crib for review. It’s JPMA safety certified and has stationary sides for added security. Set up was a breeze and I just love the dark ebony color we received. I love that it adjusts to your growing child with four different lowering options. Not only is this crib absolutely gorgeous, it’s constructed to endure, using solid pine and unbreakable metal hardware. And the inventive design allows you to transform the crib as your child grows, creating a toddler bed and a headboard and footboard set that you can use with any full-size bed rails. The crib we had was not convertible and I really regret not going that route. A convertible crib just makes sense to me. Why buy four pieces of furniture when you can just buy one!?

this would be a wonderful lasting crib for hubby’s daughter, who is expecting her 3rd child in 4 years lol… the other cribs are well worn out and it’s time for a new one, and one that grows along with baby is wonderful.
We found out we were having another baby AFTER we sold all of our baby items. This would really help us out in putting a nursery together again.
