What’s in my bag? | Petunia Pickle Bottom Review & Giveaway

Oh, Petunia Pickle Bottom you did it again. I have fallen deeply in love (well, as in love as one can be with a diaper bag…) with all of the PPB in my slow growing collection but nothing compares to my love for my Wistful Weekender. Petunia, you’ve really outdone yourself with this one! The Weekender, where style meets functionality and practicality.

When I received the Wistful Weekender in the gorgeous Misted Marseille print, I was head over heels for it. It’s big enough to meet all my spacial needs, as a mama of three, and fashionable enough to where I don’t have to hide it in the stroller basket. With two exterior pockets, seven inside pockets, and side snaps that extend the interior space, I can fit everything I need in the bag. And then some. Just how much can fit inside the Wistful Weekender? Check it out…

  1. Swaddle blanket and stroller blanket
  2. Diapers
  3. Nursing cover
  4. Manual pump
  5. Important papers
  6. Extra outfits for Sophia
  7. Sugar Sweet Baby wrap
  8. Changing pad (included w/ bag)
  9. Chapstick and pacifier
  10. Kindle Fire
  11. Wallet
  12. iPhone
  13. Sunscreen
  14. Change of clothes for Adam and Lucas

And it all fits neatly and organized in the bag…

My Weekender was a Godsend during Sophia’s NICU stay. I used it as a pump carrier for the huge hospital grade breast pump I was using, along with snacks, water bottles, and other necessities. It’s going to be a fabulous carry on while traveling and great for theme parks because I can fit so much inside without it getting super heavy (thank you padded shoulders!)

As with all Petunia Pickle Bottom products, the level of quality and attention to detail is amazing. The Misted Marseille consists of the perfect combo of slate, silver and chartreuse paired with a unique floating flower design with hand-embroidered detail.

If you can’t tell by now, I absolutely love this bag and I’ve already gotten plenty of use out of it. If it’s anything like my other Petunia Pickle Bottom pieces, it’s going to last me a long, long time. As far as designer diaper bags go, you just can’t beat the quality and uniqueness of Petunia bags, especially the Wistful Weekender. It’s sure to make some playground mamas green with envy ;)

You can purchase the Petunia Pickle Bottom Wistful Weekender for $180. It’s available in 12 different prints. While the price may seem steep for a diaper bag, it’s a diaper bag made to last so you will definitely get your moneys worth.

I want this bag!!! I am expecting baby number 7 in late December. I have had vb bags in the past but looking for something a bit more stylish and larger. When I go out I need a lot of baby/toddler items….I think this bag is perfect. Is this good for a daily bag or just a over night type bag. Either way I need this for my first ppb bag!
